PE film
PE film has different characteristics in different types of mattress packaging.
(1) In the application of ordinary mattress plastic packaging: PE film needs to be selected as a smooth, non adhesive, high transparency, printed with logo and other types of film;
(2) In the application of vacuum compression packaging for mattresses, PE film needs to be selected with characteristics such as good tensile strength, good tear resistance, and good sealing performance;
(3) In the application of mattress roll packaging: PE film needs to be selected with adhesive, good tensile, and anti slip properties.
PVC film
PVC film is also common in mattress packaging, and there are different choices for different mattress packaging needs
(1) In the application of ordinary mattress plastic packaging: PVC film needs to be selected as smooth, non adhesive, high transparency, printed with logo and other types of film;
(2) In the application of vacuum compression packaging for mattresses: PVC film is usually not suitable for vacuum packaging of mattresses because its properties are soft and cannot withstand the rebound force of mattresses;
(3) In the application of mattress packaging, we will choose PVC film with adhesive, good tensile strength, and anti slip properties.
In addition to using plastic film, mattresses can also be packaged in bags.
(1) Conventional mattress plastic packaging bag: size can be customized, thickness can be selected, logo can be selected, etc
(2) Vacuum compression mattress packaging bag: super strong, excellent tensile performance, good sealing performance, and other characteristics
